Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. 

In-store pickup is available Monday - Friday, 11am to 6-pm and Saturday, 10am-6-pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150 within the United States. 

Orders placed after noon (E.T.) Friday will be processed Monday. Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise. A signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service is not available for some zip codes.

If you select next day shipping, please note that your order must be placed by 12:00 PM EST to insure order is processed the same day. 

Please note we are not responsible for lost, damaged, marked delivered items, or stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

If your package is lost in transit please email us at hello@amaryllisandmain.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS, DHL or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times.
